The competition was held on March 15, 2022 at Sigulda Art School “Baltais Flīģelis”.
The competition is organized by the Sigulda Art School “Baltais Flīģelis” in cooperation with the Lūcija Garūta Foundation and Sigulda County Municipality.
The purpose of the competition is to promote the interest of children and young people in the piano music and performance art of Latvian composers, to promote the quality of the training process in music schools, to improve students’ performance skills and experience, as well as to provide an opportunity for educators to exchange experience with colleagues from Latvia and other countries.
